Theron A. Foote, Esq.
Theron A. Foote, a graduate of Wharton School of Economics and Syracuse University, is a general practitioner who has been practicing law for the past fifty years in Western New York. As such, Mr. Foote has a great deal of experience in all areas of the law practiced by the firm, with particular expertise in Real Estate, Estates Practice and Mortgage Foreclosures.
Mr. Foote, known as “Theron” to his Livingston County clients and colleagues, and as “Terry” to his Wyoming County clients and colleagues, grew up in Nunda, New York. Following his attendance at ROTC, he served two years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
His love of the law is rivaled only by his love of sports, fly fishing, and vegetable gardening, which is where he can be found when not in the office.
